The most famous caves in Alanya

Damlatas Cave, located in the coastal part of Alanya, has been formed in a period of 15 thousand years. It attracts the attention of its visitors with its stalactites and stalagmites. The air temperature inside does not change during the summer and winter. It was discovered in 1948 as a result of a dynamite firing at its present site, which was identified as a quarry for use in port construction. Is said this cave is very good for Asthma.

Dim Cave
It is easy to reach the Dim Cave, which is 11 km away from Alanya city center. Dim Cave has a very nice view and location. When you arrive at the cave, the terraces and binoculars at various heights await you. From here it is very pleasant to watch the valley where the Dim River is and the bird's eye view of Alanya Castle. Dim Cave is 232 m above sea level and has 2 halls. The left part of the entrance is 50 m long and the right part is approximately 350 m long. Inside the cave there is a cool air of 18-19oC.
